Being born into a middle-class family, Womennovator Shutapa has always worked hard and has been persistent in all her approaches. She lost her father in her twenties, which posed to be a turning point in her life. She went to London for the Editorial Judgement program by Thomson Reuters. She got deeply inclined towards the trends of start-ups. Presently, start-ups have ignited the society like thousand star-lights. She has about two start-ups to her credit, for which she has worked with great vigour and persistence. Her main vision is to build both of her start-ups into huge businesses which can cater good employment and create opportunities to many people around the world. As to talk about her education, she has studied B.A. Honours in English from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and Post-Graduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from Asian College of Journalism, Chennai. She has also completed an Editorial Judgement program by Thomson Reuters. Her only message to women in the society is to keep working towards achieving your dreams no matter the growing responsibilities or circumstances in life.
