Shikha Uberoi

Wommenovator Shikha Uberoi. is a former top 100 WTA Tour professional tennis player, Asian Games Silver Medalist (Doha ’06), Zee Astitva Athlete of the Year 2007 and Indian Icon 2015. Presently, she is the co-founder of Indi.com India, a video engagement, and commerce platform, and also an entrepreneur with her media company Impact Media 360 Inc. where she’s using media to bring social change. She is the creator and executive producer of The Real Deal Franchise®, the world’s first impact investing television show and 360-degree platform on social entrepreneurship. With a drive for being the best, Womennovator Shikha is entrusted with a challenging task to bring drastic social changes and also better the condition of today’s women. She was also the first woman to qualify and reach the second round of the US Open in 2004. Along with this she was the top 10 fastest servers in the world and is one of India’s top 10 most glamorous athletes. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Princeton University majoring in Anthropology and minoring in South Asian Studies. She graduated with high academic standing while winning Princeton’s prestigious Kit Harris Memorial Award for Leadership and Ethics. She is a mentor on Facebook’s She Leads Tech and serves as a trustee and advisor to various NGOs, entrepreneurs, and social enterprises.
