Womennovator Bhavna is a social and human right activist and a lawyer at Delhi High Court. At her tender age, she realized how she wanted to devote a part of her life to social work. Bhavna was born and brought up in Haryana and she pursued Masters’ in Political Science from Kurukshetra University Campus. After her marriage, she took up the family business. However, unfortunately, she lost partial hearing from both of her ears because of which she returned back to her own place. Despite the challenging circumstances, she didn’t lose faith and started with studying law. As a Human Right activist, she worked for problems faced by Indian Diaspora, Gulf workers and raised voice for rights of minorities like Bahai’s, Roma, Yezidi, and Khasi Tribes. She worked hard to eradicate social issues like the commercialization of Surrogacy, Domestic Violence, etc. She founded an organization called ‘Social Umbrella’ under which Bhavna connected more than 50 National and International NGOs. Her mission is to ultimately create value for those who are needy. Now she is working towards the betterment of society with her passion and mission of ‘CONNECTING HUMANITY.'
