Neeru Bhooshan

Womennovator Neeru Bhooshan, breaking the stereotypical ideology of those people who believe that women are always a step behind men, has achieved an applaudable and phenomenal success. Born and brought up in family that had the conservative thinking of preferring boys over the girl child, she faced the adversities right from the beginning. However, in this hostile environment that tried to object and obstruct the growth of women she found a support in her father. Her father knew the importance of education and hence supported Neeru to complete her education despite facing objections by the unwilling family members. Neeru, got the opportunity she required to prove herself and completed her education of MSc with flying colors. Further, after she got married, she again got the support of her spouse who not only supported her in the endeavors of her job but also encouraged her to complete her further education and get a reputed degree of Phd. Now, a modern lady with a modern outlook, she has decided to not only work for her own growth but also try to be a catalyst by running an incubation center where she is incubating young minds who have bright ideas, and just require a support to lay them forward. She has successfully incubated about 25 startups, giving them a platform to bring out the best in them and take a plunge towards success. She is also organizing entrepreneurial development programs and also taking technology from insides of a lab to the general people.
