Womennovator Sweta Joshi is one ferocious diva who knows how to make her dreams come true. She has done her diploma in E-Commerce from Canada and another in Spirituality and Value Education. This kind of in-depth education changed her mind in manifolds and made her adamant to do something for the society. She began her career as Search Engine Optimizer and have been in the field of marketing & branding ever since. She started her first venture “Advait Solution Provider”. Her second start-up was initiated through the lack of information about her home city Vadodara online, now she has expanded to Ahmedabad and Surat as ‘Our Ahmedabad’ and ‘Our Surat’. Besides online presence, she also has a bi-monthly print magazine with the same name with over 1000 circulation. Feeling her passion for nature, she co-partnered with Krishi Naturals, which is a social enterprise working for the upliftment of organic farmers by providing them a fair share of the products. Presently, she is working at Algeria Ventures which was started with an idea of expanding a business venture around cleantech and healthcare. She has developed a series of products that would aid towards fighting pollution-related health problems. She is focusing on two most important needs of any living being on our planet- Air and Water. She also uses IoT and AI technology to make her products smart in a way that it not only makes it easy to use but also provides the data that can help us do a lot of critical analysis in the future. Also, she leads eChai Vadodara which is an offline-online social network of entrepreneurs who believe in #CoRise — Collaboratively rising together.
