Chef Shreya is a young leader, working in one of India's top hospitality brands, ITC Hotels. She graduated from Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration in 2016 and has since been selected to be a part of ITC Hotel's management team. She completed 2 years of management training at ITC Grand Bharat in Gurgaon and is now leading a team of chefs, heading the restaurant Deccan Pavilion at ITC Kakatiya in Hyderabad. She specialises in western and fusion cuisine and one day hopes to open a place of her own.
