"I am a finance professional working in coal India limitedWorking here for almost 8.5 years. Will be joining NeGD under MEITY as GM(Fin) from November onward. In CIL, I have been entrusted with several profiles and one of them is allocation of CSR funds. I noticed that my organisation main focus area was just to achieve the CSR expenditure target but whether the same was actually benefitting the target beneficiaries was a matter of concern to me. So I came up with this concept of ISR, individual social responsibility and discussed the same with my core team member..We led several campaigns like GAO jodo abhiyan, sabka swasth, swacch jal khel tarang etc. I am looking forward for coming up with various new initiatives which will increase our company’s goodwill and will benefit society at large.
