"Success knows, no shortcuts”- A principle I have dedicated my thought and my actions to. My interest towards varied fields gives me the experience and approach for what I am today. Born and raised in a middle-class family of Bareilly, it was a difficult journey for me. But, over the years I have garnered corporate experience working in the association of various multinational corporations such as PWC, Grant Thorton, World Bank and currently working as the CEO of KGS Advisors which is a financial advisory firm helping startups and SMEs in Due Diligence, Valuation, Virtual CFO, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, Availing Government support funds and Banking support.

With varied experience in my hands, I thought to share my experience and knowledge with ones who need it to grow. With this motivation, I decided to devote my energy, experience, and network towards the causes of women empowerment and employment and environmental conservation, two of the most important issues hammering my mind.

Everyone has a creative bent, a flair that makes them think out of the box and do out of the league, but what stops them is lack of opportunities and resources- programs like QueensXI Cricket League, Rasoi Queen and Womennovator series that aims to bridge the gap and are proving to be successful women empowerment platforms. I have tried to combine my skills, strength, intellect, creativity along with my experience to bring out the best out of these initiatives. Through QueensXI Cricket League an idea of Beti Khelao along with Beti Bachao and Beti Padhao comes into existence. Similarly, the Rasoi Queen series, allows women to showcase their culinary skills and serve their talent to the world on a platter. The most recent initiative of Womennovator is all set to bring out in the limelight those unrecognized women faces who are working exceptionally good in their own fields and also creating opportunities for others. I have also been the Founding Chairperson of Confederation of Women Entrepreneur for Delhi, which is an organization that promotes women entrepreneurs and aids them to achieve great success. With all this, my interest towards conserving the environment has made me the secretary of Gvriksh, which is a non-profit organization that promotes tree plantation, upcycling waste, and environmental conservation.

It gives me a pleasure to associate myself with the young minds who have energy, innovation, and flair to achieve a breakthrough success. Perhaps, this has allowed me to step into the startup world where I have been able to conduct various activities for the startups, catering to them the right resources and funds. I have managed various startup workshops and summits like MIT GSW 2016, Seaside Startup Summit, Goa, and UChicago Women Entrepreneurship in India that has allowed the startups of India to network and improve their reach-ability. Trying to work for the youth I have founded Incupedia that is like a Wikipedia for all incubators, accelerators, and co-workers that support corporates and startups to be connected at all times.

To explore the boundaries of economic exchange, tap into dead stock, a cash-free world on the basis of mutual trust and sharing of resources have been curated under BEconomy which provides a platform to each individual and corporate to exchange their resources/ services for free as an alternative to traditional currency.

Recently, as a mentor of change with Niti Aayog for Atal Tinkering lab, Leader for South Asia connect program by Nexus and Startup India hub by University of Texas and Embassy of USA, my aim is to provide an international experience for entrepreneurs. THrough my experience as a member of the core committee of different government bodies such as; National entrepreneurship award committee by MSDE,  NOS Committee - MEPSC by  MSDE, Government of India and NIESBUD- MSDE, I would like to bridge the disconnect between government, private companies, and people.

My interests have been dynamic, that has given me an opportunity to explore my potential and work in association with some of the most hardworking and diligent people with whom I have been able to achieve collective growth. I aspire to give back to the society as much as I can, and I will always be working towards achieving that.
